Onsite Registration Process

I am looking at incorporating a new/improved registration process for a meeting (225 people) and/or large event (3000+) and would love to know what others use! Specifically, I want something that will let me easily create and print out name tags onsite. I would also like some type of online pre-registration that can differentiate between types of registrants - attendees, exhibit hall visitors, presenters/exhibitors, etc. I am open to any and all ideas!

FLSA Overtime Rules

As a small-staffed association, the upcoming changes in the FLSA overtime rules have us reviewing our office policies so that we will comply with the new guidelines. Are other Associations looking at theirs? Will they be reclassifying employees? Does anyone have personnel policies related to overtime, after-hour time, etc. that they would be willing to share?
