Tell us who you are, where you work and what your title is.

My name is Derek Rudkin and I am the Executive Director of the Pulaski County Medical Society.

What is the most effective daily habit you possess?

I get to work earlier than most and get a lot done quickly.  I was inspired by the old US Army motto, "We do more by 9:00 am that most people do in a day".

What is something unique about you?

Famed Hollywood film and television director Harry Thomason used to eat pizza at my house when I was a kid and he had me sing to the class he taught at McClellan high school!
