FLSA Overtime Rules

As a small-staffed association, the upcoming changes in the FLSA overtime rules have us reviewing our office policies so that we will comply with the new guidelines. Are other Associations looking at theirs? Will they be reclassifying employees? Does anyone have personnel policies related to overtime, after-hour time, etc. that they would be willing to share? Thoughts on this topic are appreciated.

    Yes, we are working on our policies and we do have to re-classify personnel. I'd be happy to share and discuss - Would love to find a sample or outline for policies.
