Customer Service Speaker

I thought this group might have some good suggestions on an interesting speaker on customer service. The group wants someone who can talk about working with all kinds of customers, but particularly millennials. It would be great if they could be entertaining as well. I know hospitality professionals are well versed in the subject so I thought of ASAE as a good resource to start with.

Jennifer Siccardi explained how she got her position at the Office of Governor Asa Hutchinson, but more than that - she inspired people to be their very best and work with integrity every day, knowing that one day "their day" will come. She also used beach balls to wake the crowd up and keep them involved, and helped them (state employees) understand that all it takes is one person, one break, one smile, one interaction where they're being their best - to really make a difference.

We recently had Matt Knight speak at our annual convention and he made the crowd laugh, cry and really think about being thankful/grateful. He was incredible! Also, Dr. Harriet Watkins of UofASys eVersity had a great energy. Finally, Jennifer Siccardi with the Governor's office is very motivational.

Out of curiosity, what topic did Jennifer talk about? She may be a good one for an event that we are probably going to be hosting. Thanks, Jennifer
