Pari Smart has a passion for helping individuals and teams find their “Ah-Ha Moment” in order to take their success to a higher level. Pari’s unique combination of professional insight and personal empathy makes her approachable, trustworthy, and engaging. She is skilled at viewing situations from different angles, allowing her to see options, outcomes, and possibilities that others overlook. While Pari has worked internally in the non-profit sector, corporate America, and institutions of higher education she started Smart Possibilities so that she could help corporations across all sectors improve engagement, increase accountability, and strengthen their teams.
Pari is a lifelong learner and a nationally certified Organizational Development Professional (ODCP) specializing in Change Management and Leadership Development. As a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach/Facilitator and Emotional Intelligence Trainer, Pari helps teams and individuals recognize, grow, and leverage their strengths.
Pari graduated with a BS in Broadcast Management from the University of Kansas and a MBA from Georgia State University. A fun fact about Pari- she is a travel adventure junkie and loves to eat spicy food!
