I'm Tammy Clampet and I'm the Director of Sales at Visit Hot Springs.

What is the most important leadership lesson that you’ve learned?

Listening is the greatest skill and one of the most difficult to master. A good communicator understands that everyone doesn't receive the same message and strives to make sure that everyone understands the message. Listening is an active process and not at all the same as hearing.

How long have you been a member of ASAE?

I've been an ASAE member for 17 years. The network of associates and the friendships that began at an ASAE event and continue to color my world are the absolute best part of ASAE. I'm so glad we are having lunches again!!
